全球价值链视角下企业转型升级对策研究

摘　　要：在全球价值链分工体系下,对不同环节企业的利益来源进行了疏理,着重就我国企业的整体研发水平不高、企业处在低层次的加工制造环节和流通服务水平低下的原因进行了分析,提出了完善协同技术创新服务体系建设、提高科研成果的市场价值,完善科研院所和企业联合培养人才体系,共同打造科技创新型人才和不断提高服务领域创造价值的能力,让流通成为带动经济的"新引擎"的对策建议。In a division system of global value chain, this paper researches into the profit sources of enterprises from different links, and focuses on the analysis of the causes of the following status of enterprises of our country., their low level of overall development, processing and manufacturing, and services in circulation. Therefore, it proposes some suggestions： improving the collaborative construction of technological innovation service system, increasing the market value of scientific research, perfecting the system of training talents in scientific research institutes and enterprises in order to jointly cultivate innovative talents of science and technology and continuously improve the ability of creating value in service area, and letting the circulation become the ＂new engine＂for developing the economy.
