摘 要:目的观察不同剂量天台乌药提取物对大鼠高脂血症模型的降脂作用。方法 60只健康雄性SD大鼠随机均分为空白对照组、模型组、天台乌药提取物低、中、高剂量组及阳性药物对照组,除空白对照组外,其余5组采用四氯化碳皮下注射结合高脂饮食建立高脂血症大鼠模型,造模期间各组给予相应的药物或等体积的水,造模6周后处死大鼠取血清及肝匀浆,测TG、TC、HDLC和LDLC指标。结果与模型组对比,天台乌药提取物各剂量组能降低大鼠血清TG、TC、LDLC水平;高剂量组还能升高HDLC水平,降低大鼠肝匀浆TG、TC水平。结论天台乌药提取物可以改善高脂血症模型大鼠的血脂水平。OBJECTIVE To observe the hypolipidemic effects of the different doses of extracts from Linderae on hyperlipemia model of rats. METHODS 60 only healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into the control group, the model group, the low,medium and high dose group of extract from Linderae and the positive drug group, In addition to the control group, the hyperlipemia model was built by using carbon tetrachloride subcutaneous injection and feeding with high-fat diet in the others groups were Every group was given corresponding drugs or the same vol- ume of water during molding. After 6 weeks all of the rats were put to death and measured the serum concentration of TG, TC, HDLC and LDLC, and the liver homogenate concentration of TG and TC were also measured. RESULTS Compared with model group, the serum TG,TC and LDLC level were reduced in the low.medium.high-dose group, the HDLC level was rised in the high-dose group, the liver homogenate TG, TC level were reduced in the high-dose group.
