摘 要:外科手术基本技能是一门操作性很强的实训课程,只能依靠大量的操作练习才能提高教学效果。囿于课堂教学时间有限,学员在课堂上只能学会基本动作要领,无法达到熟练操作、组合应用、甚至形成潜意识的操作习惯。因此,营造比学赶拼的练习氛围,激发学员课外练习兴趣,通过增加学员的练习数量来提高操作质量是增强技能教学质量的有效途径。Surgical basic skill is a practical training course based on plenty of practice to improve the teaching effect. As the time of classroom teaching is limited, students could merely learn the basic main points, and are not be able to be familiar with the steps and use them flexibly, not to say to develop a good operating habit subconsciously. Therefore, to build a good atmosphere of practicing and arouse the practice interest of students could increase the amount of practice and improve the quality of operation which as a consequence would be a good way to increase the quality of skill teaching.
