人工晶体二期植入矫正儿童进行性高度近视的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察人工晶体二期植入矫正儿童进行性高度近视的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院自1999年6月到2011年6月收治的8名白内障摘除及后房型人工晶体植入术后高度近视患儿,人工晶体二期植入矫治进行性高度近视的临床疗效。结果:人工晶体二期植入术后9个月,患儿视力明显改善,降至-2.75～3.25D。结论:人工晶体二期植入可有效矫正儿童进行性高度近视。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of secondary implantation of intraocular lens on correcting progressive high myopia in children. Methods： 8 children undergoing cataract extraction and posterior chamber IOL implantation from June 1999 to June 2011 were collected and accepted secondary implantation of intraocular lens to correct progressive high myopia. The data of clinical effects were retrospectively analyzed. Results.. After nine months of secondary implantation of intraocular lens, the children vision improved obviously from -15.0～-16.0D to -2. 75～3.25D. Conclusion： Secondary implantation of intraocular lens can effectively correct children＇s progressive high myopia.
