树脂夹板固定外伤松动恒前牙的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:评价树脂夹板固定外伤松动恒前牙的临床疗效。方法:随机将59例恒前牙外伤患者随机分为两组,分别采用树脂夹板固定法(实验组)和牙弓夹板固定法(对照组)进行固定,对比观察两种方法的治疗效果。结果:随访6个月,实验组的有效率显著优于对照组;实验组治疗后患者的龈沟出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)和牙龈指数(GI)亦显著优于对照组。结论:树脂夹板固定外伤后恒前牙对牙周组织刺激小,其疗效明显优于其他方法。Objective To compare the clinical effect of traumatic loose permanent anterior tooth caused by fixation of resin splint and fixation of dental arch splint. Methods 59 teeth were randomly divided into two groups-fixed by resin splint and dental arch splint, respectively.The clinical effect was evaluated. Results Effect of the experimental group were better than that of the control group on stabilization of traumatic loose permanent anterior tooth in 6 month follow-up（P〈0.05）.SBI, GI and PLI of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The resin splint is effective for fixation of traumatic loose permanent anterior teeth.
