山东汉族青年上颌前牙区游离龈形态的研究

摘　　要：目的:通过测量山东汉族青年上颌前牙区游离龈的形态,得到该地区健康青年的游离龈美学参数值。方法:测量50名健康男女青年的牙龈顶点、侧切牙龈缘水平距离以及牙龈线角,得到上颌前牙区游离龈的基本美学参数值。结果:该地区青年上颌中切牙和侧切牙的牙龈顶点大部分偏远中,尖牙的牙龈顶点位于牙长轴上;侧切牙牙龈顶点偏冠方,龈缘水平距离大约为1mm;牙龈线角左侧大于右侧。男女青年在龈缘水平距离上存在差异。结论:所测数值在口腔义齿修复及牙周治疗中有重要作用,部分指标存在性别差异。Objective Trough measuring the free gingival morphology of maxillary anterior tooth segment in Han youth in Shandong area,to get the free gingival esthetics parameters. Methods 50 healthy males and females were evaluated,The measurement indicators including gingival zenith position （GZP）,gingival zenith level （GZL） and gingival line angle （GLA）. Results The study demonstrated that most of the central and lateral incisors displayed a distal GZP form the VBM, the GZP of the canine was centralized along the long axis of the canine.GZP of the lateral incisor near the crown direction, GZL of the incisor was approximately lmm. GLA of the left side was greater than the right. There was significant difference between male and female in GZL. Conclusion The measuring value plays a important role in oral dentures and periodontal treatment, and significant differences between male and female are exist in several measurements.
