摘　　要：目的:通过调研分析医疗美容行业发展现状,明确医疗美容技术专业人才培养目标与定位,为专业建设各项工作的开展奠定基础。方法:针对国内开展美容服务的公立医院、民营医院,涉医美容机构、大型美容院及化妆品公司,国家卫生行政机构,行业协会、学会及同类院校等展开调研工作。结果:医疗美容行业发展迅猛,对医疗美容技术专业的人才需求极大,主要集中在医疗美容和生活美容两大领域的多个岗位。结论:医疗美容技术专业发展前景广阔,应针对两大领域的不同职业岗位有针对性的培养人才,同时加强专业相关标准建设,提升专业建设水平,提高人才培养质量。Objective To investigae, and analyse the present situation of the development of the medical aesthetic profession, make clear the target and localization of medical beauty technology profession talents training, so that lay the good foundation for profession construction. Methods To carry out investigation work mainly aim at public hospital having beauty services in China, private hospital, the medical beauty organization, large beauty salon and cosmetics company, national health administrative agencies, industry associations, similar institutions, etc. Results The industry of medical beauty is developing rapidly. The talent demand for medical aesthetic technology profession is great, and mainly focus on multiple posts in the two large areas of medical beauty and life beauty. Conclusion The development outlook of medical aesthetic technology profession is promising. Training talents should aim at the different professional post in the above two large areas targeted. At the same time, strengthen construction of profession standards, enhance the profession construction level, improve the training quality.
