摘 要:[目的]研究中药渣固体发酵亮菌产漆酶及其发酵条件,以充分利用中药渣。[方法]在单因子试验基础上,用正交试验法对中药渣固体发酵亮菌的培养基和培养条件进行优化筛选。[结果]在供试的6种药渣培养基中以白芍药渣为碳源时产漆酶量最佳,其最适培养条件为葡萄糖0.6%,白芍麸皮比3∶7,温度25℃,含水量65%,接种量11%。[结论]供试6种中药渣固体发酵亮菌均可产漆酶,培养条件优化后,亮菌漆酶酶活力较初始培养基提高了19倍。[Objective] To study the residue of traditional chinese medicine to produce laccase by solid fermentation of Armillariella tabescens and its fermentation conditions,in order to make full use of residue from traditional Chinese medicine.[Methods] On the basis of unifactor experiment,the orthogonal experiment were employed to optimize culture medium from residue of traditional Chinese medicine and fermentation conditions,and produce laccase with solid fermentation of Armillariella tabescens.[Result] Radix paeoniae alba residue was found to be a good carbon source of laccase production,and the ratio of radix paeoniae alba and wheat bran was 3∶7,the optimum conditions were glucose 0.6%,moisture content of substrate 65%,inoculation dosage 11%,and culture temperature 25 ℃.[Conclusion] It is capable of producing laccase with the six kinds of residue of traditional Chinese medicine by solid fermentation of Armillariella tabescens.And the production of laccase under solid culture with optimal fermentation conditions was 19 times higher than that in the original medium used previously.
