环氧化酶-2和细胞周期素D1蛋白在胆管癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨环氧化酶-2(cyclooxy-genase-2,COX-2)和细胞周期素D1(Cyclin D1)蛋白在胆管癌(CHC)中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化方法,检测50例胆管癌(CHC)和30例癌旁胆管组织(TAC)和20例正常胆管组织(NBDT)中COX-2和Cyclin D1蛋白表达水平。结果 CHC中COX-2和Cyclin D1蛋白阳性表达率分别为78.0%(39/50)和68.0%(36/50)。CHC中COX-2和Cyclin D1表达阳性率显著高于TAC和NBDT(P<0.05)。COX-2表达与CHCTNM分期和转移相关(P<0.05),而与CHC肿瘤分化程度无关(P>0.05);Cyclin D1表达与CHC TNM分期、肿瘤分化程度和转移相关(P<0.05)。结论 COX-2和Cyclin D1蛋白可作为评估CHC生物学行为和预后的参考指标。Objective To investigate the expression of COX-2 and Cyclin D1 protein in cholangiocarcinomas（CHC） and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to investigate the expression of COX-2 and Cyclin D1 protein-in 50 cases of CHC,30 cases of tissues adjacent to cholangiocarcinoma（TAC） and 20 cases of normal bile duct tissues （NBDT）. The relationship between expression of COX-2 and Cyclin D1 was analyzed. Results The positive rate of COX-2 and Cyelin D1 in CHC was 78.0% （39/50） and 68.0% （36/50） respectively. The positive rate of COX-2 and Cyelin D1 in CHC was higher than that in TAC and NBDT （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of the COX-2 was positively correlated with the TNM staging and metastasis in CHC （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but was no correlated with the differentiation degree in CHC （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The expression of Cyclin D1 was positively correlated with the TNM staging,differentiation degree and metastasis in CHC （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Ex- pression of tumor suppressor COX-2 and Cyclin D1 gene protein can be helpful in predicting the biological behavior and prognosis of CHC.
