基于阴阳和系统论研究脑退行性疾病异病同证机制的思考

摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病和帕金森病是脑退行性病变中发病率最高的两种疾病。中医学认为二者均属肾精亏虚而致脑髓空虚,基本证侯同为肾虚髓空,现代医学研究也表明神经元凋亡或者死亡是这两种疾病的共同病理表现。抓住中西医学对这两种疾病的共性认识,在中医特色理论指导下,对兴奋性递质谷氨酸和抑制性递质γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)功能上的对立制约属性和代谢上的互根互用属性进行研究,或可为中医药防治脑老化疾病的异病同证理论提供实验室依据。Alzheimer,s disease（AD） and Parkinson,s disease（PD） are the two main diseases among the neruodegerative disorders,the common mechanism of which are thought of‘the syndrome of deficiency of kidney-essence and empty of brain marrow’in traditional Chinese medicine,and‘neuronal apoptosis’in western medicine.Based on the theory of Yin and Yang in equilibrium or unequilibrium are the understanding of health and disease in traditional Chinese medicine,the strategy of studying the main excitatory and inhibitory neurotransmitter in the brain,which exist properties of Yin and Yang,would provide experimental foundation to the theory of preventing and curing AD and PD using Chinese medicine.
