成都市社区老年人群的中医体质辨识分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对成都火车南站社区的740例55岁至85岁老年人群进行中医体质调查,分析不同性别、不同年龄组老年人群的中医体质类型特点,从而为中医体质辨证在老年人群疾病防治、中医养生保健、宣传教育等方面提供流行病学调查数据支持。方法:采用舌面脉信息采集体质辨识系统、调查问卷及量表的形式进行中医体质辨识。结果:气虚质、阴虚质和热性质为此次调查人群的主要体质类型,其中气虚质409人,阴虚质74人,热性质73人。不同性别、不同年龄组分布构成比不同,差异具有显著意义(P<0.001)。结论:通过本次对成都火车南站社区老年人人群进行中医体质辨识流行病学调查,揭示了成都社区老年人群的中医体质类型分布规律,有益于提高老年人群健康素质,具有重要的实用价值。Objective： To provide epidemiological survey data for TCM constitution dialectical of elderly population on disease control and prevention,Chinese health care,public education and so on,by investigating the TCM constitution of 55 to 85 years old elderly population（740 persons） from Chengdu south railway station community,and analyzing the type and characteristics of TCM constitution of the different gender and different aged elderly population.Methods： In the form of physical identification system by collecting information of tongue,complexion and pulse,questionnaire and scales to conduct the TCM physical identification.Results： Qi deficiency,yin deficiency and hot in nature were the major types of constitutions of the survey population which accounted for 409 cases,74 cases and 73 cases,respectively.Distribution constituent ratio was different in different genders and different age groups with significant difference（P0.001）.Conclusion： Through the epidemiological investigation on TCM physical identification of elderly population from Chengdu south railway station community,it reveals the distribution regularities of TCM physical types of the elderly population in communities in Chengdu.It has very important practical value and can improve the physical constitution of the elderly population.
