摘　　要：目的:研究定心藤挥发油对人胃癌细胞SGC-7901、人白血病细胞K562的抗肿瘤活性。方法:超临界CO2法提取挥发油,以半数抑制浓度(IC50)为评价抗肿瘤活性强度的指标,采用MTT法检测定心藤挥发油体外抗肿瘤活性。结果:定心藤挥发油对两种癌细胞均有一定的抗肿瘤活性。相对于人胃癌细胞SGC-7901,定心藤挥发油更能有效抑制人白血病细胞K562细胞增殖,其IC50为13.95μg.ml-1。结论:定心藤超临界CO2提取挥发油具有显著抑制人白血病K562细胞增殖的活性。Objective：To study the antitumor activity of volatile oil from mappianthus iodoies on human gastric cancer cell SGC -7901 and human leukemia cell K562. Methods： The volatile constituents in mappianthus iodoie was extracted by SFE - C02. MTT assay was employed to test the antitumor effect of volatile oil from mappianthus iodoies in two kinds of malignant tumor cell lines, with ICs0 applied to evaluate the degree of antitumor activity. Resuits： Volatile oil from mappianthus iodoies by SFE - CO2 showed a certain degree of antitumor activity. Relative to the SGC -7901,it can inhibit the proliferation of K562 ,the IC50 was 13.95 μg · ml^-1. Conclusion： Volatile oil from mappianthus iodoies by SFE - CO2 has obvious antitumor activity on human leukemia cell K562.
