摘　　要：目的:研究NOB1蛋白在食管癌组织中的表达情况及其与食管癌临床病理特征的意义。方法:利用免疫组织化学SP法检测72例食管鳞状细胞癌组织中NOB1蛋白的表达情况,并分析其与病人年龄、性别、肿瘤分化程度等临床病理特征的相关性。结果:72例食管癌组织中,58例(81%)食管癌组织NOB1蛋白的表达高于癌旁组织,免疫组化结果有24例呈(+++),31例呈(++),3例呈(+),14例呈(-),阳性表达率为76%,且在高分化(56.3%)、中分化(80.0%)、低分化(83.9%)食管癌组织中的表达呈递进性增高。NOB1蛋白的表达与病人年龄、性别之间没有显著关联。结论:NOB1在食管鳞癌的发生中起重要作用。Objective： NOB1 was a transcription - associated protein, consisting of one zinc ribbon domain. This study aimed to investigate the expression and clinical significance of NOB1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods： The expression of NOB1 was detected in 72 paraffin - embeded section samples of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma by immunehistochemistry （IHC）. The relationship between the expression of NOB1 and clinical parameters, including age, gender and differentiation, was analyzed. Results： The expression of NOB1 in tumor tissues was significantly higher than that in nonneoplastic tissues. The overall positive rate of immunohistochemical staining was 76% in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. The expression of NOB1 was increasingly detected in well - differentiation （ 56.3% ）, moderate - differentiation （ 80.0% ） and poor - differentiation （ 83.9% ） esophageal cancer tissues. However,there was no significant correlation between the expression of NOB1 and patient＇s age and gender. Conclusion：NOB1 might play important roles in the progression of esophageal sqnamous cell carcinoma.
