摘 要:目的:探讨联合检测α-1,6岩藻糖基转移酶(FUT8)、甲胎蛋白异质体(AFP-L3)和α-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)在原发性肝癌(PLC)诊断中应用价值。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法检测92例PLC患者和42例非原发肝癌(NPLC)患者血清中FUT8和AFP-L3,电化学发光法检测上述病例血清中AFU。结果:经统计学分析,PLC组与NPLC组血清FUT8、AFP-L3和AFU比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且联合三项检测优于任何一单项检测。结论:α-1,6岩藻糖基转移酶、甲胎蛋白异质体和α-L-岩藻糖苷酶在原发性肝癌诊断中有一定的应用价值,联合检测优于单项检测。Objective: To study the value of combined determination of ct - 1,6 - fucosyhransferase, alpha - feto- protein variant and α - L - fucosidase in diagnosis of primary liver cancer. Methods: By using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) ,detecting FUT8 and the AFP -L3 in sera of 92 cases of PLC patients and 42 cases of non - primary liver carcinoma, and by using chemiluminescence to detect the AFU in sera. Results: Serum FUTS, AFP - L3 and AFU had significant difference between PLC group and NPLC group(P 〈0.05 ) ,and the combined detection is better than any detection alone. Conclusion: α -1,6 -fucosyltransferase ,alpha- fetoprotein variant and α- L- fucosidase have some value in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer( PLC), and the jointed detection is better than any detection alone.
