卵巢上皮性肿瘤中NET-1、EphA2的表达及与临床病理因素间的关系

摘　　要：目的:检测NET-1、EphA2在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达,探讨其与临床病理因素间的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测10例正常、15例良性、30例交界性以及50例恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中NET-1、EphA2的表达。结果:NET-1、EphA2蛋白在不同病变性质的卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中的表达差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤组织中NET-1、EphA2的表达差异与肿瘤的临床分期、分化程度、有无淋巴结转移有关(P均<0.05);但与患者的年龄及组织学类型无关(P>0.05)。与卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤组织中NET-1、EphA2的表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:NET-1、EphA2的高表达与卵巢上皮性肿瘤的发生和恶性发展有关,与肿瘤的临床分期、分化程度、有无淋巴结转移有关。Objective： To examine the expressions of NET - 1, EphA2 in ovarian epithelial neoplasms, and investigate it＇s relationship with clinicalpathological feature. Methods：SP immunohistoehemical staining was used to examine the expressions of NET- 1 ,EphA2 in 10 normal, 15 benign,30 boundary and 50 malignant ovarian specimens. Resuits：The expressions of NET - 1 and EphA2 in different kind of ovarian epithelial neoplasms had a statistically sig- nificant difference （P 〈 0.01 ）. The expressions of NET - 1 and EphA2 in the maglignant ovarian epithelial neoplasms were positively related to clinical stage, differential and lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expressions of NET - 1 and EphA2 in maglignant ovarian epithelial neoplasms was positively correlated with each other （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Con- clusion：The expressions of NET- 1, EphA2 was associated with the degree of ovarian epithelial neoplasms＇s malignancy. The high expression of NET - 1, EphA2 was correlated with clinical stage, histological grade and lymph node metastasis.
