摘　　要：目的:探讨多聚ADP核糖聚合酶-1(PARP-1)在正常子宫内膜组织和子宫内膜癌组织中的表达与子宫内膜癌发生、发展的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化酶连接法(SP法)检测PARP-1蛋白在40例子宫内膜癌组织中的表达,并与30例正常子宫内膜组织进行比较。结果:PARP-1蛋白在子宫内膜癌组织中相对表达量为18.382±1.784,在正常子宫内膜组织相对表达量为4.251±1.132,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在不同临床分期、不同组织学分级和肌层浸润的子宫内膜癌组织中PARP-1蛋白的表达量有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:PARP-1蛋白在子宫内膜样腺癌中表达升高。Objective：To explore the role of protein expression of PARP - 1 in normal endometrial tissue and endometrial cancer tissue in the carcinogenesis of endometrial carcinoma. Methods：The expression of PARP - 1 in 40 cases of endometrial carcinoma was examined by SP, and compare with 30 cases of normal endometrial tissues. Resuits：Compared with the normal endometrial tissues, there were significant differences in the expression of PARP - 1 protein in endometrial carcinoma tissues （P 〈0.05） ,and the expression in endometrial cancer tissues was significantly associated with the pathological grading and staging. Conclusion：PARP - 1 protein expression is increased in endometrial carcinoma.
