摘　　要：生长激素在肿瘤治疗方面的应用是近年来肿瘤学研究的热点之一,它在肿瘤治疗中不但能改善患者的营养不良和负氮平衡、提高疗效和耐受性,而且也可能促进肿瘤细胞的生长,因此在选择治疗时必须相当谨慎。本文就生长激素对几种常见肿瘤的治疗做一叙述。Application of growth hormone （GH） in the treatment of tumors has become one of the research focuses in recent years. GH can enhance patient＇s curative effect and the tolerance in the complex therapy, improve malnutrition and the negative nitrogen balance. However, GH may also promote the proliferation of tumor cells, so it must be very careful in the treatment. This paper makes a summary about growth hormone in the several common tumor treatments.
