摘　　要：循环肿瘤细胞(circulating tumor cells,CTCs)指自发或因诊疗操作进入外周血循环的肿瘤细胞。目前肿瘤患者外周血中CTCs已被证实可能是肿瘤转移的起源,在肿瘤转移环节中扮演重要角色。研究表明,CTCs的出现可作为一个独立的预后因素,并与有无复发转移有关。近年来,随着检测方法的改进、新技术的出现,使得CTCs检测的敏感性和特异性有了很大的提高,其在早期发现微转移、评估疗效与个体化治疗及预后等方面的应用价值已成为临床研究的热点。本文简要综述近年CTCs检测的研究进展及其临床应用状况。Circulating tumor cells （CTCs） refer to these tumor cells that get into peripheral blood circulation spontaneously or along with some operations for diagnosis and treatment. In recent years,it has been confirmed that CTCs in patients peripheral blood may be the origin of tumor metastasis, and play an important role in tumor metastasis. Some researches show that the emergence of CTCs can be regarded as an independent prognostic factor,which is related to the relapse and metastasis. With the improvement of the test methods and the emergence of the new technology con- stantly, the sensitivity and specificity of CTCs detection have been improved a lot for the past few years. And the value of CTCs has become the hot spot of the clinical research on the detection of the micrometastasis early, the evalution of the curative effect and the individual therapy and prognosis. This paper is going to summarise the progress of CTCs detections and its clinical applications.
