摘　　要：端粒酶是一种核蛋白逆转录酶,可将端粒DNA加至真核细胞染色体末端,端粒长度缩短是细胞凋亡的主要原因。研究显示端粒酶在肿瘤恶性演变的过程中扮演重要角色。本文就端粒酶结构特点及其在食管癌中的研究进展作一综述。Telomerase is an essential ribonucleoprotein reverse transcriptase that adds telomeric DNA to the end of eukaryotie chromosome. The shortening of telomere length is the main cause for apoptosis. It has been reported that telomerase plays an important role in the progression of many cancers. This article reviewed the structural features of telomerase and the advances in study on telomerase of esophageal carcinoma.
