摘　　要：区域性牙发育不良是一种由外胚层和中胚层发育受累而引起的牙齿发育异常的疾病。我们发现1例区域性牙齿发育异常患儿,该患儿主要受累牙为右上颌恒牙,下颌恒牙未受累及。本文就其临床表现、影像学及治疗方法进行分析和讨论。Regional odontodysplasia is an unusual developmental anomaly in which ectodermal and mesodermal tooth components are affected. We present a rare case of regional odontodysplasia or hamelyghost teeth. The anomaly affected teeth are righl maxillary permanent teeth, but the mandibular teeth are unaffected. The clinical and radiographic features are reviewed. The therapeutic： melhod of afflicted patients is discussed.
