摘 要:目的比较成人舌系带各分段的长度关系,以寻找舌系带矫正术的手术标志点。方法对我院2008年3月至2009年4月15 392例体检人员舌系带进行调查分析,将舌系带分为3段:A段为口底下颌骨黏膜转折处至舌下肉阜处的下颌下腺导管口,B段为舌下肉阜处的下颌下腺导管口至舌系带转折点,C段为舌系带转折点至舌系带与舌腹之附丽顶点;将舌系带A、B段的长度比较分析。结果当B≤0.5A时,为舌系带附丽异常,共检出1 673例,发生率为10.87%。结论当B≤0.5A时,必须行手术矫正,以早期恢复舌系带正常解剖形态和生理功能。矫正手术以使B段与A段基本相等为宜。Objective To analyse the relationship of the subsection's length of the lingual frenulum in adults and explore the surgical landmark of ankylotomy.Methods The lingual frenulum of 15 392 adults who came to our hospital for health examination was divided into three subsections as follows: subsection A was the section from the turn of the oral floor and mandibular mucosa to the ductal orifice of submandibular gland;subsection B was the section from the the ductal orifice of submandibular gland to the turn of the lingual frenulum;subsection C was from the turn of the the lingual frenulum to the highest attachment point of lingual frenulum.According to the subsection's classification,the difference between the length of subsection A and B was analysed.Results When the length of subsection B was less than or equal to 0.5 times of subsection A,the attachment of lingual frenulum was classified as abnormal.There were 1 673 cases of abnormal and the prevalence rate was 10.87%.Conclusion In order to reconstruct the normal anatomic morphology and physiological functions,surgical correction is required when the length of subsection B was less than or equal to 0.5 times of subsection A,and the equal or subequal length of subsection A and B should be appropriate to correct the abnormal case.
