对葛鲁尔协同创新网络基因密码理论的解析

摘　　要：在剖析彼得.葛鲁尔提出的协同创新网络五个维度基因密码理论的基础上,从理论本身和适应性两个角度解析了"学习型网络"、"伦理准则"、"自组织"、"知识的可获得性"及"内部忠诚与透明"五个维度基因密码,最后基于五维基因密码逻辑关系的立体解析为我国现阶段建设协同创新网络提出了构造跨区域跨阶层的开放式学习型网络、营造高伦理低代价的社会环境、鼓励发挥自组织的内在功能、创造全向度的知识获得机制以及构建忠诚透明的个人与组织互动关系等建议。On the basis of discussing Peter Gloor’s five dimensional genetic codes theories of collaborative innovation networks,the paper analyzes the theory itself and applicability of five genetic codes,i.e.,learning network,ethical code,self-organization,knowledge accessibility,internal honesty and transparency.Then,the paper makes proposals for the construction of collaborative innovation networks based on three-dimensional analysis on the logic relations among five genetic codes.The proposals are： to build cross-regional and crosshierarchical open learning networks;to create a social environment of high ethics with low cost;to encourage the function of self-organization;to create whole dimensional knowledge acquisition mechanism;and to build a loyal and transparent interaction relationship among individuals and organizations.
