强脉冲光嫩肤、脱毛及治疗浅表血管性损害的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:比较强脉冲光(i nt ens e pul s ed l i ght,IPL)嫩肤、脱毛及治疗浅表血管性损害的临床疗效。方法:应用IPL对三组(每组30例)患者进行嫩肤、脱毛及治疗浅表血管性损害,平均随访时间为28个月。随访内容包括年龄、性别、皮肤类型、红斑、色素改变及水疱等不良反应发生情况等。以患者本人对治疗效果的主观满意程度来评价疗效,同时设立一观察者评价改善程度,并经行相关性分析。结果:应用IPL进行嫩肤、脱毛及治疗浅表血管性损害,嫩肤的并发症约为10%,脱毛的并发症约为16.7%,治疗浅表血管性损害的并发症约为6.7%。三组疗效的满意度无显著性差异。患者主观满意度与客观改善程度一致。结论:IPL是一种安全有效的嫩肤、脱毛及治疗浅表血管性损害的方法,患者的主观满意度可以作为衡量疗效的指标。Objective This retrospective study was performed in order to compare results after IPL treatment for skin rejuvenation,hair removal and vascular lesions. Methods Between January 2010 and December 2011,three groups of 30 patients having skin rejuvenation,air removal and small vascular lesions were selected and treated with intense pulsed light. The cases were followed by means of phone,out patient department or letters for the following parameters： age,sex,skin type, satisfaction and complications.The average follow up time is 28 months. Results No complications were recorded for 83.3% of patients having hair removal ,for 93.3% having vascular lesion treatment and for 90% having skin rejuvenation.There was no significant difference in the level of satisfaction between the 3 groups. No difference regarding satisfaction was recorded in this study, but complications were more frequently encountered after hair removal. Conclusion Intense pulsed light is an effective and safe method for skin rejuvenation .hair removal and vascular lesions.
