摘　　要：尽管二维超声引导经皮穿刺活检在肿瘤诊断中具有很大优势,但是由于受到肿瘤形态、大小及内部结构等限制,可导致穿刺失败或者假阴性率增加。超声造影作为一种新的诊断技术,能够引导对肿瘤病灶的穿刺活检,提高诊断准确率。对超声造影引导经皮穿刺活检技术及其在不同部位肿瘤(肝脏肿瘤、肺部肿瘤及前列腺癌等)诊断中的应用价值予以综述。Although uhrasoud guided percutaneous biopsy has a great advantage in oncological diagnosis, the possibility of biopsy failure and false negative rate are increasing due to restrict factors, such as tumor morphology, size and inner structure. As a new diagnostic technique, contrast-enhanced ultrasound could increase the diagnostic accuracy of tumors by guided percutaneous biopsy. This paper reviewed the application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound guided percutaneous biopsy, and the clinical value of this technique in tumors, such as liver tumor, lung tumor and prostate tumor and so on.
