摘　　要：在以数字化学习推动学习型社会建设方面,共享共建发挥着重要的作用。本文立足广州作为区域中心城市在学习型社会建设的实践与探索,通过剖析学习型社会建设中的难点,分析了广州模式的做法与经验,提出了以区域数字化学习公共服务体系,面向政府、高校、行业进行共建、共享的模式与方法。Guangzhou E-Learning Hub is a regional e-learning public service system providing lifelong learning opportunities and service to the society.Through analysis of the implementation and practice of the development of the hub,the authors posit that sharing and co-developing coursewares and other learning resources should play a key role in the development of such e-learning hubs.They also point out the difficulties in developing a learning society,i.e.the sharing and co-development of the learning resources.The Guangzhou experience may help understand the sharing culture better in the development of similar e-learning hubs.
