摘　　要：MES系统具有信息共享和集中管理的优势,通过MES和ES两种技术的整合,建立了韶钢3200m^2高炉的智能专家系统。该系统运行稳定可靠,能够对炉热、煤气流分布及异常炉况等实行准确的监控和预测,并提出炉况调节的专家建议,起到了指导工长操作高炉的作用。MES system has superiorities in information-sharing and integrated management. The intelligent expert system of Shaogang 3 200 m^3 blast furnace has been developed by means of integration of two techniques of MES and ES. This system runs stably and reliably, is able to monitor and forecast furnace heat, gas distribution and abnormal conditions at higher pre-cisions, and put forward expert proposals about furnace state regulations, playing the roles of guiding foremen in operating the blast furnace.
