摘　　要：在资源和环境共同制约的条件下,循环经济发展模式成为煤炭企业探索可持续发展的必然选择。本文提出煤炭企业循环经济发展力概念,意在把"循环经济"这样一种理念、模式的抽象概念变成为一个可以直接或间接量化分析的概念模型。通过对煤炭企业循环经济发展力要素结构的分析及概念模型设计,有助于对影响煤炭企业生存和发展的因素做全面的分析,增强煤炭企业落实循环经济模式的可操作性。Under the dual restriction of resources and environment, a circular economy development model has become inevitable choice of the sustainable development of coal enterprises. This paper puts forward the concept of circular economy development force for coal enterprises. It is applied to quantitatively analysis ＂circular economy＂ as a concept model, directly or indirectly. By analyzing the construction of essential factors of circular economy development capacity of coal enterprise, and designing its conceptual model,we are able to do comprehensive analysis of the factors, those are affecting the survival and development of coal enterprises, and hence to improve the operability of circular economy model for coal enterprises.
