摘　　要：目的探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia inducible factor-1α,HIF-1α)、血管内皮细胞生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)和转化生长因子β1(transforming growth facto rβ1,TGF-β1)在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测58例NSCLC患者术后癌组织和13例正常肺组织中HIF-1α、VEGF和TGF-β1的表达水平。结果 NSCLC组织中HIF-1α、VEGF和TGF-β1的阳性表达率均明显高于正常肺组织,其表达与临床分期和有无淋巴结转移有关(P<0.01),与性别、年龄、病理类型和分化程度无关(P>0.05),三项指标在NSCLC组织中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 HIF-1α、VEGF和TGF-β1在NSCLC中的高表达可能与NSCLC的侵袭和转移密切相关。Objective To determine the expression and clinical significance of HIF-la,VEGF and TGF-β in non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Method The immunohistochemical SP method was used to analyze expression of HIF-la,VEGF and TGF-β in 85 samples of NSCLC tissue and 13 samples of normal lung tissue. Results A greater proportion of NSCLC tissue than normal lung tissue was positive for HIF-la,VEGF and TGF-β1 Expression of these proteins positively correlated with NSCLC clinical stage and lymph node metastasis （P〈O.01）.However,no correlation was observed between expression of HIF-lot,VEGF and TGF-[~I and other clinico- pathological features such as age, sex, pathology type or degree of differentiation （P〉0.05）.Levels of HIF-IoL, VEGF and TGF-β1 corre- lated positively with one another in NSCLC tissuc（P〈O.05）. Conclusion Elevated expression of HIF-1a,VEGF and TGF-β1 may be associated with tumor invasion and metastasis in NSCLC.
