摘  要:天然水体生物膜对水环境中的磷具有很强的吸附作用,因此,本文进行了生物膜对水中磷的吸附动力学特征研究.从几个典型天然水体中获取生物膜,捣碎、振荡、称重后,取2g湿重的生物膜在恒定温度下吸附配制好的250mL、浓度在0.6~2.0mg·L-1之间的正磷酸盐溶液.在生物膜吸附磷的不同时间内,采用钼酸铵分光光度法测定溶液的磷浓度,并计算生物膜的吸附量,研究了吸附过程的动力学特征,分析了环境因素对吸附过程的影响.结果表明,生物膜对磷具有很强的吸附活性,吸附量可达100~2000mg·kg-1,吸附动力学特征符合准二级、准一级动力学模型.温度对生物膜吸附磷的速率和平衡吸附量影响较大,最佳吸附温度为25~30℃,溶液pH值对生物膜吸附活性没有太大影响.Surface coatings have a strong adsorption to phosphorus in natural water environment.The kinetic characteristics of phosphorus adsorption on natural surface coatings were discussed in this paper. Surface coatings were collected from several typical natural waters and were then broken, oscillated and weighed in the laboratory. On the condition of constant temperature, 250 mL orthophosphate solution with concentration varying from 0.6 to 2.0 mg·L^-1 was adsorbed by surface coatings with wet weight of 2 g. The phosphorus was determined by the ammonium molybdate spectrophotometric method at different time of absorption. The phosphorus adsorption amount by surface coatings was calculated and the kinetic characteristics of adsorption process were determined. The impact of environmental factors on the adsorption process was also analyzed. The results showed that nature surface coatings had a strong adsorption to phosphorus. The adsorption quantity varied from 100 to 2000 mg·kg^-1. The adsorption was consistent with pseudo-second and pseudo-first order kinetic model. Adsorption rate and equilibrium adsorption capacity were affected by temperature. The best adsorption temperature was 25~30 ℃, and pH of solution did not affect the adsorption significantly.
