摘  要:目的探讨增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在兔实验性蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后脑血管痉挛发生、发展中的作用和意义。方法采用"枕大池二次注血法"复制兔SAH模型并于首次注血后第5天取材,利用HE染色及免疫组化方法分别观察实验组和对照组血管形态学改变及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达情况。结果 SAH组兔基底动脉血管管径显著小于假手术组及正常组;而痉挛血管壁的PCNA表达则显著增多(P<0.05)。结论兔实验性SAH后基底动脉PCNA表达明显增多,细胞增殖及其导致的血管壁增厚在脑血管痉挛发生、发展中具有重要意义。Objective To explore the possible role of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in the pathogenesis and development of cerebral vasospasm following subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Methods After successfully duplicated experimental rabbit SAH model by using two injections of autologous blood 48 hours apart, we took the middle basilar artery on the 5th day and observed the morphological changes in the artery by HE stain as well as the expression of PCNA by immunohisto- chemical stain. Results The basilar artery lumens were significant narrower in SAH group compared with NS group and normal group, moreover, increased expression of PCNA was found in the arterial wall in SAH group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The expression of PCNA significantly increases in basilar artery of rabbit SAH models. Cell proliferation and subsequent vessel wall thickening may contribute to the pathogenesis and development of cerebral vasospasm.
