摘 要:以紫茉莉种外皮为原料,在单因素试验基础上,采用响应面优化设计,研究了提取时间、超声温度、液固比和乙醇浓度对多酚提取量的影响,并分析了各因素的显著性和交互作用。结果表明:优化的最优工艺为超声时间46min,超声温度62℃,液固比23mL∶1g,乙醇浓度75%。在此条件下紫茉莉种外皮多酚提取量为4.41mg/g,表明响应面回归方程模型科学合理,可用于实际预测。Taking Mirabilis jalapa seed epicarp as material, using response surface methodology (RSM), based on single factor experiments, the effect of extraction temperature, extraction temperature, liquid-to-solid ratio and ethanol concentration on extraction content of total phenol were investigated, and the significance of the various factors and interactions were analyzed, The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were extraction time of 46 rain, extraction temperature of 62℃ ,liquid-solid ratio of 23 : 1 mL/g and ethanol concentration of 75% (V/V). Under the optimization extraetion conditions, the experimental yield of total phenol obtained was 4. 41 mg/g. The established regression equation for total phenol extraction had an excellent fit, which was credible and can be used for practical prediction.
