中国16所高校医学男生现在吸烟行为分析

摘　　要：目的探讨男性医学生现在吸烟行为现状及其影响因素,为医学院校制定控烟政策和措施提供参考依据。方法以班级为单位,整群抽取全国12个省(市、自治区)的16所高校医学男生7 169名作为调查对象,采用自填式问卷调查基本人口学特征、吸烟情况、二手烟暴露情况、对烟草危害的认知、对控烟的态度、学校与控烟相关的环境因素等。结果 16所院校男性医学生现在吸烟率为12.8%。影响学生现在吸烟行为的主要因素有年龄、民族、专业、是否重点院校、吸烟危害认知、控烟角色自觉、是否同意吸烟能缓解压力和紧张及有利于人际交流、父母吸烟情况、同学和朋友对吸烟的态度和二手烟暴露(P值均<0.05)。结论学校要帮助医学生将所掌握的控烟知识内化为信念,并进一步影响行为。应综合采取行政管理政策、健康教育政策和社会支持政策,促进校园控烟工作的开展。Objective To explore current smoking behavior and its influencing factors among male medical students,and to provide a reference for formulating tobacco control policies and measures in medical schools.Methods A total of 7 169 male medicos were clustered sampled with class as a unit.Then using a self-administered questionnaire to collect information of basic demographic characteristics,cigarette smoking,exposure to secondhand smoke,tobacco hazards cognition,attitudes towards tobacco control,school-based tobacco control environmental factors.Results The current smoking rate of male medical students in 16 universities was 12.8%.The influencing factors were age,ethnic,professional,whether key institutions,the smoking hazard recognition,consciously tobacco control role,agree of smoking can relieve stress and tension,conducive to interpersonal communication,and parental smoking status,classmates and best friends attitude of smoking and secondhand smoke exposure.Conclusion Schools should help medical students to change knowledge of tobacco control into beliefs and further affect their behavior,and strengthen the health education of minorities about tobacco control.Tobacco control policy of the school can take comprehensive administrative policy,health education policy,and social support policies to promote the campus tobacco control efforts.
