摘 要:以氧化锌、硼酸为原料,利用微波水热法制备了低水硼酸锌(2ZnO·3B2O3·3H2O)。借助X射线衍射(XRD)、热重-差热(TG—DTA)、扫描电镜(SEM)等分析测试手段,对合成的低水硼酸锌粉体的结构、性质和形貌进行了表征,并讨论了影响微波水热合成的诸因素,确定了适宜的合成条件。结果表明:所得产物的XRD谱图与2ZnO·3B2O3·3H2O一致,脱水温度高于360℃,经陈化后粒径为1—2μm。Low-hydrated zinc borate (2ZnO-3B2O3-3H2O) was prepared by microwave hydrothermal method with ZnO and H3BO3 as raw materials.The structure, properties, and morphology of the prepared zinc borate were characterized by means of X-ray powder diffraction (XRD),thermogravimetric (TG-DTA),and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) etc..At the same time,different factors affecting the microwave hydrothermal process were discussed.The suitable synthesis conditions were confirmed through optimized experiments.Experimental results showed that the XRD spectrum of the obtained product was in agreement with the standard spectrum of 2ZnO-3B2O3·3H2O, the dehydration temperature of the sample was above 360℃, and the grain size was at 1-2μm after aging.
