摘  要:利用41101个SNP标记对159份我国玉米自交系进行全基因组分析。通过控制群体结构和亲缘关系,采取混合线性模型,检测到7个与穗位高显著相关SNP(P<0.0001),并确定7个候选基因,其注释功能有GABA-B受体活性、丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶活性、组蛋白-赖氨酸N-甲基转移酶活性、转运活性、翻译起始因子活性和酰胺基tRNA水解酶活性。利用BioMercator2-1软件将收集的137个穗位高QTL整合至IBM2 2008Neighbors玉米遗传图谱上,确定19个"一致性"QTL,结合分析7个与穗位高显著相关的SNP位点信息,获得2个候选基因。With the population structure and kinship controlled in a mixed linear model ( MLM), a total of 159 Chinese maize inbred lines and 41101 single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers were used to perform the ge- nome-wide association study. A total of seven SNPs were found to be significantly associated with ear height at P 〈 0.0001 ,and seven candidate genes were identified with annotated functions of GABA-B receptor activity, protein serine/threonine kinase activity, histone-lysine N-methyltransferase activity, transporter activity, translation initiation factor activity and aminoacyl-tRNA hydrolase activity, respectively. A total of 137 QTL for ear height were integrated to IBM2 2008 neighbors maize genetic map by BioMercator2-1 software, and 19 "Consensus" QTL were identified. Combining analysis of the seven significant SNPs and 19 "Consensus" OTL.two candidate genes were identified.
