摘　　要：我国学位授予审核制度存在的问题主要体现在学位授予单位自主管理的权限有限、学位委员会的设置存在不合理因素、学位委员会成员的水平有待提高、学位授予单位相关授予审核制度缺乏法律依据以及论文答辩和评议阶段缺乏必要的监督机制等方面。因此,在国家宏观调控的基础上适当下放权力;成立临时学位委员会,完善评价与审议机制;以学科为单位设立学位评定委员会;完善法律法规;规制学位论文审核与管理的基本程序;强化监督制约机制等解决对策。This article introduces the present situation of the degree-conferring audit and discusses the related question through in-depth research and investigation.At present,the main problems as follow：the independent management authority of degree-granting units, the establishment and the conditions of responsibility fulfillment in the degree-granting units.The relevant law basis as well as oral defense and appraisal supervising mechanism are discussed.Meanwhile the paper put forward the countermeasures based on the analysis of related porblems：Decentralizing authority on the basis of the macro-regulations and control of the State ;Setting up provisional degree Committee;Improving constantly the mechanisms of evaluation and review;Establishing the degree Evaluation Committee according to discipline;Improving the relevant laws and regulations;Regulating basic procedure;Strengthening constraint mechanism of supervision, and so on.
