摘　　要：α-酞胺哌啶酮因具有明显的抗炎、免疫调节及抗血管生成作用，近年来被重新应用于临床治疗实体肿瘤及多种自身免疫性疾病，并取得了令人欣喜的结果。本文将对α-酞胺哌啶酮在肺部疾病治疗中的研究及应用进展作一综述。Thalidomide has significant anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory and anti-angiogenic generate role. In recent years it has been re-used in the clinical treatment of solid tumors and a variety of autoimmune diseases, and has achieved gratifying results. This review aims to summarize the current situation and progression for thalidomide used in treatment of lung disease.
