摘 要:本文通过知觉同化与知觉区分两个实验,考察元音环境和二语经验在泰语母语者知觉加工汉语辅音中的作用,以及二语辅音知觉同化和区分的关系。研究发现,元音环境影响泰语母语者汉语辅音知觉同化和区分。舌面元音环境下,泰语母语者将汉语/tsh/-/s/对立中两个辅音分别同化到泰语/th/、/s/两个范畴,可以很好地区分二者;舌尖元音环境下,泰语母语者将两个辅音同化到泰语/s/一个范畴。二语学习前期,学习者为二语辅音形成的是依存于元音环境的样例表征,二语经验没有促进学习者对二语辅音对立的知觉区分。二语学习者对二语辅音的知觉同化影响了知觉区分。The study investigated the effects of vowel context and second language experi- ence on consonantal perception and the relationship between perceptual assimilation and perceptual discrimination of the second language consonants. Two perceptiml experiments-perceptual assimilation experiment and perceptual discrimination testwere carried out with Thai learners of Chinese. The results suggested that vowel context affected consonant perceptual assimilation and categorial discrimination: native speakers of Thai classified /tsh/-/S/ contrast into two Thai categories in a dorsal vowel context and one in an apical vowel context,and discriminated them well in a dorsal vowel context and bad in an apical vowel context. The results also suggested that in the early stages of the second language speech learning,learners develop context-dependent representations for consonants,and experience of the second language doesn't promote the discrimination of consonant contrasts.
