摘 要:设轻度(0.87头牛/hm2)、中度(1.42头牛/hm2)和重度(1.94头牛/hm2)三种放牧强度,以不放牧作为对照,于放牧试验的第2年(2011年)观测不同放牧强度对小叶章粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、ADF、NDF、Ca、P及其消化率的影响。结果表明:在放牧季的中后期(8月、9月)重度放牧区小叶章粗蛋白质的含量要显著高于轻度放牧区和中度放牧区(P<0.05)。放牧对小叶章粗脂肪含量的影响主要表现在7月份以后,对照区和轻度放牧区显著高于中度放牧区,中度放牧区显著高于重度放牧区(P<0.05);在放牧季的后期(9月),对照区小叶章NDF、ADF的含量显著高于放牧区(P<0.05);放牧对小叶章Ca、P含量没有明显影响。放牧区小叶章消化率显著高于对照区(P<0.05),同一时期各放牧强度间小叶章消化率无显著差异。Three kinds of grazing intensity--light (0.87 cattle/hm2) , moderate (1.42 cattle/hm2) and heavy (1. 94 cattle/hm2) were set, taking the ungrazed site as the control, the effect of grazing intensity on crude protein, crude fat, ADF, NDF, Ca, P and digestibility of Deyeuxia angustifolia were investigated in the second year of grazing experiment. The result showed that the crude protein content of Deyeuxia angustifolia in heavy grazing area was significantly higher than that in light and moderate grazing area at the mid-late period of grazing season (August, September) (P〈0.05). The influences of grazing on crude fat content of Deyeuxia angustifolia will express mainly after July, the crude fat content in the un- grazed area and light grazing area were significantly higher than that in moderate grazing area (P〈0.05), and the content in moderate grazing area was significantly higher than that in heavy grazing area (P〈0.05). in latter grazing season (September), the content of NDF, ADF of Deyeuxia angustifolia in ungrazed area were significantly higher than that in grazing area (P〈0.05) ; grazing had no influences on the content of Ca,P of Deyeuxia angustifolia. The digestibility of Deyeuxia angustifolia in the grazing area was higher than that in the ungrazed area (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in the digestibility of Deyeuxia angustifolia among different grazing intensity areas in the whole grazing period.
