摘　　要：上调基因一4（up—regulatedgene-4，URG4）位于人染色体7P13，是一个新的候选癌基因，其扩增和过表达可能引起细胞内的基因调控异常。URG4参与细胞生长、增殖、侵袭、转移等多种生物学功能，在肿瘤的形成及演进中起重要作用。该文就URG4基因与不同类型肿瘤关系的研究进展作一综述。Up-regulated gene-4 （ URG4 ） is a novel putative oncogene that locates on the 7 p l 3 of human chromosome. It has been shown that the amplification and overexpression of URG4 altered gene regulation in cell. The up-regulated URG4 involved in many biological functions such as cell growth, pro- liferation , invasion and metastasis, which played an important role in the process of tumorigenesis and de- velopment. In this review, we have summarized the progress that has been made in understanding the role of URG4 gene in different types of tumors.
