摘  要:提出了面向变电站的基于差动原理的数字化站域保护方案。分析了变电站主设备故障时的电气量特征,构造了站域差动保护判据,在极坐标平面上分析了该判据的动作特性,提出了制动系数的选取原则,利用变电站冗余信息构建了站域保护系统,并分析了不同设备主保护拒动、CT断线时本方案的动作性能。利用RTDS进行了仿真验证,仿真结果表明,本方案无需增加设备,通过有效利用冗余信息可以提高变电站保护的整体性能,主保护拒动时可以快速切除故障元件,且不受PT、CT断线的影响。A substation-oriented digital substation area protection scheme based on differential principle is proposed. Features of electrical quantities during the faults of main equipments in substation are analyzed; the criteria for substation area differential protection are established and the action characteristics of the given criteria are analyzed on polar coordinate plane, and the principle to choose breaking coefficients is put forward. Using redundant information of substation a substation area protection system is constructed and the action performances of the proposed protection scheme under malfunctions of main equipments and disconnection fault of CT are analyzed. The proposed protection scheme is verified by simulation based on RTDS, and simulation results show that by means of effectively utilizing redundant information the overall performance of substation protection can be improved without adding other device, and the faulty equipment can be quickly switched-off while malfunction of main protection occurs, and the proposed protection scheme is not affected by disconnection fault of PT or CT.
