摘 要:根据电动舵机的力矩特性快速测量的需要,设计了基于弹性悬臂梁的多通道电动舵机力矩特性简易测量系统.分析了该系统的工作原理与关键技术的实现:针对电动加载系统普遍存在的多余力矩问题,采用机械式加载不会产生多余力矩;通过设计不同规格的弹性悬臂梁能够获得较宽的加载力矩范围;数据采样频率高,有较宽的工作频带.实验结果表明:该系统能够实现对电动舵机的比例加载,并自动绘制力矩-频率特性曲线,实现力矩特性的快速测量.为小功率的电动舵机力矩加载测试提供了一种可行的方案.A multi-channel torque characteristic simple-measurement system for the electromechanical actua- tor (EMA) was designed based on the elastic beam, which meets the requirements of EMA's torque charac- teristic quick measurement, and the system working principle and key realizing techniques were analyzed in this paper. In brief, there are some merits of the system such as adopting mechanical loading with no extrane- ous torque, which extensively existing in electric loading and testing system, a wide range of loading torque through designing different specification spring steel beams, and also the high data acquisition frequency and wide working band. The test result shows that the proposed system can measure the EMA torque character quickly and draw torque-frequency characteristic automatically. Thus it provides a feasible scheme for the EMA torque loading and testing system in the range of small torque.
