摘 要:以动力学分析软件ADAMS和有限元分析软件ANSSYS为工具,与自编润滑分析程序相结合,研究具有裂纹的曲轴-轴承系统动力学、摩擦学和断裂力学耦合问题。裂纹扩展深度是曲轴动力学响应的慢变参数,采用插值法对耦合问题进行解耦,并提出了"等效直径法"建立具有裂纹的弹性曲轴有限元模型,从而解决利用ADAMS软件求解具有裂纹的弹性曲轴-轴承系统动力学和摩擦学耦合问题。研究结果表明:随着裂纹深度的增加,裂纹附近主轴承的最大油膜压力和最小油膜厚度减小,轴颈中心径向振动响应振幅增大,曲轴裂纹的等效应力强度因子最大值也随之增大。For cracked crankshaft-bearing system of diesel engine, the multidisciplinary coupling problem among its dynamics, tribology and fracture mechanics was investigated. Dynamics simulation software ADAMS, finite element analysis software ANSSYS and self-designed program to solve the Reynolds equation of bearing lubrication were applied to solve the problem. Using linear interpolation method to decouple as the crack depth was a slowly variable parameter and proposing Equivalent Diameter Method tO establish build up the flexible cracked crankshaft finite element model, the coupling problem of the flexible cracked crankshaft-bearing system dynamics and tribology was solved based on software ADAMS. The calculating result shows that ,with crack propagation, the max. oil film pressure and the rain. oil film thickness in main bearings near the crack decrease, the radial vibration response amplitude of journal center and the max. value of crack equivalent stress intensity factor increase.
