日常饮食习惯对脑梗死老年患者执行功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨日常饮食习惯与缺血性脑卒中老年患者的执行功能的相关性,为进一步采取措施提供依据。方法选取河北联合大学附属医院(原华北煤炭医学院附属医院)神经内科确诊的缺血性脑卒中老年患者134例,采用执行功能缺陷综合征的行为学评价测验(Behavioral Assessment of Dysexecutive Syndrome,BADS),在患者非急性期(入院10～14d)进行执行功能指标的测量。结果日常生活饮食习惯差者评分低,在动作计划测验中评分差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。经常吃油炸辣刺激性食物者BADS评分低,在动作计划测验、找钥匙测验、时间判断测验、修订六元素测验项差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。食用动物油的缺血性脑卒中老年患者评分低,在时间判断测验中差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论日常饮食习惯与缺血性脑卒中老年患者的执行功能相关。良好的日常饮食习惯对防止疾病的复发及改善执行功能障碍具有重要意义。OBJECTIVE To explore the relationship between the daily eating habits and the executive function of elderly patients with ischemic stroke. METHODS 134 elderly patients with ischemic stroke （hospitalization 10 to 14 days） recruited from the affiliated hospital of North China Coal Medical College were investigated by Behavioral Assessment of Dysexecutive Syndrome （BADS） in this study. RESULTS The patients with bad daily eating habits got significantly lower scores than those of patients who had good habits in Action Program Test （P 〈 0.05）. Those who ate spicy food regularly got significantly lower scores than those of patients who ate spicy food irregularly in Action Program Test, Key Search Test, Temporal Judgment Test and Modified Six Elements Test （P 〈 0.05）. In Temporal Judgment Test, the scores of elderly patients with ischemic stroke who ate animal oil were significantly lower than those of people who ate vegetable oil （P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION Daily eating diet is related to the executive function of elderly patients with ischemic stroke. Good diet habits are of great importance for preventing recurrence of the disease and improving executive dysfunction.
