摘  要:目的 :探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)甲状腺激素的变化及临床意义。方法 :采用放射免疫分析法对6 0例HIE病人进行血清甲状腺激素测定 ,同时设对照组。结果 :本组病例血清T3 、FT3 值明显低于对照组 ;中~重度组低于轻度组 ,两组比较有显著差异。中~重度组不仅血清T3 、FT3 水平明显降低 ,而且T4 也可降低。本组病例低T3 综合症、低甲状腺血症、高T4 综合症 (中~重度组无 1例 )发生率分别为 6 8 6 3%、11 6 7%、3 33%。结论 :本病血清甲状腺激素的变化与病情的轻重程度密切相关 ,可作为判断疾病的严重程度及预后的实验室指标。Objective To study serum thyroid hormone changes and their clinical significance in neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods Radioimmuno analysis was adopted to measure serum thyroid hormone level in 60 neonatal cases with HIE. A control group was selected for comparison.Results The T 3、FT 3 levels in serum in the experimental groups were apparently lower than those of the control group. There was also a signiticent difference between the light and the middle heavy grups. Not only the serum T 3、FT 3 but also T 4 level of the middle heavy group were apparent lower than those of the light group. As to the experimental group, the rates of low serum T 3 syndrome, hypothyroidism, high serum T 4 syndrome were respectively 68.63%,11.67% and 3.33%.(There was nohigh serum T 4 syndrome in the middle heavy group).Concludsions: There is a close relationship between the serum thyroid hormone level and the severity of neonates with HIE. The former can be regarded as an index of the latter and the prognosis of the disease.\;
