进展期胃癌术前靶向磁化疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察进展期胃癌术前应用抗癌药物阿霉素磁液联合外磁场靶向磁化疗的临床及病理组织学疗效 .方法进展期胃癌 145例分为靶向磁化疗组 (75例 ),非靶向化疗组 (40例 )及单纯手术组 (30例 ),观察治疗后各组患者临床症状、肿瘤手术切除率、生存率以及肿瘤标本的病理组织学改变 .结果靶向磁化疗组可明显改善患者症状 ,增加肿瘤及区域淋巴结中抗癌药物浓度及持续时间 ,肿瘤手术切除率为 77 3% ,再次手术切除率达 15 0% ,肿瘤及转移淋巴结病理组织学疗效分别达 78 3%和 57 5% ,术后短期生存率有所提高 .结论进展期胃癌术前应用阿霉素磁液联合磁场的靶向磁化疗具有一定的临床意义 .Objective To observe the clinical and histopathologic effects of the targeting magnetic chemotherapy with adriamycin magnetic fluids preoperatively administered,combined with the external magnetic field,on the advanced gastric cancers. Methods All 145 cases of advanced gastric cancer were divided into three groups: group of the targeting magnetic chemotherapy (75 cases), group of the non- targeting chemotherapy (40 cases) and group of the operation (30 cases). Clinical symptoms, tumor resectable rate, survival rate and histological effects on the tumor samples were observed. Results In the targeting magnetic chemotherapeutic group, the clinical symptoms of patients were obviously relieved, the concentration and the lasting time of anticancer drug in the tumor and their regional lymph nodes were raised, the resectable and re- resectable rate of the tumor increased to 77 3% and 15 0% respectively, the rate of histopatholoical curative effects on the tumor and the metastatic lymphnodes were 78 3% and 57 5% respectively, and the postoperative short- term survival rate was improved. Conclusion The targeting magnetic chemotherapy combined with the magnetic fields, preoperatively administered in the treatment of the advanced gastric cancers, possesses a certain clinical value.
