成人电子肠镜下金属钛夹辅助切除小儿大肠巨大息肉27例疗效观察

摘　　要：为探讨利用成人电子肠镜在钛夹辅助下高频电凝切除小儿大肠巨大息肉的疗效，采用此方法治疗小儿大肠巨大息肉27例（27枚）。结果显示，27例患儿全部治愈，术后未发生肠穿孔和大出血等严重并发症。结果表明，利用成人电子肠镜在金属钛夹辅助下高频电凝切除小儿大肠巨大息肉简单易行，安全有效，经济可靠，在无条件用小儿肠镜的地区谨慎使用成人肠镜切除小儿大肠巨大息肉是可行的。This study was to explore the curative effect of high-frequency electric coagulation resecting gi- ant polyp of large intestine of children assisted by titanium clamp and under adult electro-enteroscope. This procedure was adopted to resect 27 giant polyps in 27 children patients. As results, 27 cases were all cured, after operation no severe complications such as perforation of intestine, massive bleeding, etc were found. Results show that above procedure is simple and feasible,safe and effective,economic and reliable in resec- ting giant polype of large intestine of children, especially when without the condition to use pediatric en- teroscope carefully using adult one also is feasible.
