摘  要:首先分析了系统的总体结构,分别从芯片选型、LCD液晶显示、信号采集、数据存储、北斗等方面确定了各功能模块的方案,其中主芯片选用LPC2478,以SD卡为存储介质。LCD液晶屏的型号为TFT644RS。然后,在KEILC开发环境下进行了系统软件开发,分别从LCD液晶显示模块、信号采集模块、实时时钟模块等方面成功实现了系统的采集多路信号、图形化显示、数据稳定存储、超限报警等功能,具有实时性好、抗干扰能力强、可靠性高、数据精度高、系统扩展方便等特点,有助于国内工程机械的数字化和信息化。This paper analyzed the overall structure of the system. It identified the various functional modules from the chip selection, liquid crystal display, signal acquisition, data storage, and so on. The main chip was LPC2478, and it used advanced SD card as data storage media. The type of the liquid crystal screen is TFT644RS. Then, under the environment of KEILC, the software development of the system was completed. Several functions of the system including multi-channel signal acquisition, data storage stability, friendly show were completed from several aspects of liquid crystal display module, signal acquisition module, real time clock module and so on. The system have the advantages of high real-time, anti-jamming capability and high reliability, high precision data, the convenience of system expansion, it is conducive to the digitization and informatization of China's construction machinery.
