摘　　要：女性假两性畸形临床发病率低,其病因复杂、临床表现多样,改善临床预后并恢复其生育能力是临床诊治及随访的难点。本文结合我生殖中心随访2例姊妹同患女性假两性畸形病例对女性假两性畸形的病因、诊断、治疗、随访及妊娠后调节等方面进行分析讨论,以期为改善女性假两性畸形患者临床预后及生育结局提供参考。The clinical incidence of female pseudohermaphroditism is low,but the etiology and clinical manifestations are complicacy,how to improve clinical outcome and restore the patients fertility are our treatment difficult points.This paper attached with a report of two sisters who both suffered from female pseudohermaphroditism followed-up by our reproductive center,discussed and analyzed the etiology,diagnose,treatment,follow-up and adjust after pregnant,in order to provide reference for improve clinical outcome and restore the patients fertility.
