摘　　要：破骨细胞是一种巨大的多核细胞,主要功能是进行骨吸收。破骨细胞的功能活性受激素及细胞因子等因素的调节。破骨细胞的形成和活性异常可引起一系列骨骼疾病,因此破骨细胞功能活性成为研究的热点,本文就破骨细胞的功能及其影响因素进行综述。Osteoclasts is a kind of multinuclear giant cell,the main function is to bone absorption.Osteoclast function and activity is regulated by hormone and cell factor.Osteoclast function and activity anomaly can cause a series of bone disease,so osteoclast function and activity becoming the research hotspot in the world,the authors reviewed the research advances about osteoclast function and its influence factors.
