摘 要:采用浓硝酸对淀粉进行深度氧化,通过单因素实验制备羧基含量高的深度氧化淀粉(OS-N),用红外图谱对OS-N的结构进行表征,结果显示在1733 cm-1处有新的峰生成,可以证明生成羧基。结果显示氧化的最佳条件为:葡糖糖苷与浓硝酸摩尔比为1∶4,反应温度30℃,反应时间8 h,催化剂用量0.15%。将OS-N单独应用在制革鞣制工艺中,所得坯革收缩温度为67℃,常规铬复鞣后收缩温度能达到100℃,且比常规铬鞣制所得成革更丰满紧实、物理力学性能更优良且粒面更细致。The preparation of oxidized starch with high carboxyl by concentrated nitric acid and its application in tannage was studied. The high -oxidized starch(OS-N) with high carboxyl was obtained through single -factor experiments. The structure and properties of the high - oxidized starch were characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). FTIR spectrum of the oxidized starch showed the presence of absorption band at 1733cm-1 which normally attributed to earbonyl absorption. The results showed that the optimum condition to prepare the oxidized starch .with high earboxyl are 500 % for oxidant(mole) , 8 h, 30 ℃and 0.15 % catalyst. The shrinkage temperature is 67 ℃ after the OS - N was used in leather tannage, but it would go up to 100℃ with a few Cr( m ) was used in re - tanning process, and the more fine grains, better fullness, better physical - mechanical properties would be obtain.
